Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DrawingsVerify, a service operated by Magnitude Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using DrawingsVerify, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DrawingsVerify uses AI to analyze furniture production drawings against a set of rulesets and returns a verification report highlighting passes, failures, and warnings. Verification results are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only — they do not replace professional engineering, quality control, or manufacturing review.

2. Accounts & Plans

  • Free plan: 3 verifications per month, no payment required.
  • Pro plan: billed per seat, per month, with a 7-day free trial. Each seat includes 50 verifications per month and allows one active login session at a time.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe (USD) or Razorpay (INR), depending on your region. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your account before checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files you do not have the right to share or process
  • Attempt to bypass session, credit, or seat limits
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the drawings you upload. We retain all rights to the DrawingsVerify platform, rulesets, and generated report formatting. Verification findings generated from your own drawings are yours to use.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI- generated verification results may contain errors or omissions. Magnitude Intelligence is not liable for manufacturing defects, production errors, or losses arising from reliance on a verification report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, for users billed in INR, and by the laws applicable to our Chicago office for users billed in USD.
