DrawingsVerify (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Magnitude Intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use drawingsverify.ai (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, company name, email address, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Drawing files: production drawings you upload for verification (PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP), along with the AI-generated verification reports and version history.
• Billing information:for paid plans, payment is processed by Stripe or Razorpay. We do not store your card number or bank details — only a subscription/customer reference ID.
• Usage data: log-in sessions, device/browser information, and verification credit usage, used to enforce our per-seat session limits and plan quotas.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the verification service you sign up for
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To enforce one active session per seat on paid plans
• To send account, billing, and product-related communications
• To improve the accuracy of our verification rulesets

3. How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your account data and uploaded drawings are stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL and object storage), protected by row-level security so that only you can access your own projects and files. Verification is performed via OpenAI's API; uploaded images/PDFs are sent to OpenAI solely to generate your verification report and are not used by us to train any model.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run DrawingsVerify: Supabase (hosting/database), OpenAI (drawing analysis), and Stripe or Razorpay (payment processing). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security terms.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and drawings for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@magnitudeintelligence.ai.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@magnitudeintelligence.ai.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
