DrawingVerify — Production Drawing Verification

1. Free Trial

Every new Pro subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends at no cost, directly from your account settings.

2. No Refunds After Trial

Once your trial converts to a paid subscription and a charge is successfully processed, that charge is final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly Pro subscriptions billed via Stripe (USD) or Razorpay (INR), including seats billed under the volume discount.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future billing — you will retain access to your Pro plan and verification credits until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No partial-period refund is issued for the time remaining.

4. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation was requested — contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund for the erroneous charge if confirmed.

5. How to Request a Correction

Email support@magnitudeintelligence.ai with your account email and the transaction date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
